FAQ’S

(cos no one knows all the things!)

GETTING STARTED

I’m new to yoga. Can I still join?

Absolutely! Many students start with little or no experience. Classes are designed to be accessible and welcoming, so you’ll always feel supported. Maybe you could start with our Beginners Package?

Do I need to be flexible or fit to do yoga?

Not at all! Yoga is for every body. Whether you’re flexible, stiff, strong, or starting from scratch, classes are designed to meet you where you are.

What’s the best class to start with?

If you’re new, a Slow Flow, Yin or Rest class is a great place to begin. If you’re unsure, we’ll help you choose a class that fits your needs, just get in touch [email protected]

MEMBERSHIP & PRICING

How does membership work?

Membership gives you access to all our classes, flexible scheduling, and exclusive perks. You can choose the option that best suits your lifestyle.

Can I try a class before committing?

Yes! You can book a casual class to experience the studio and see if it’s the right fit.

Are there casual class options or do I need a membership?

Both! You can attend casually, but memberships offer the best value, flexibility and exclusive member benefits. Check them out HERE or book a casual class HERE
