We have convenient class times every day of the week! Have a look at our timetable HERE to see what will fit best with your weekly schedule. We offer Flow & Slow Yoga classes, Aerial Yoga and Restorative in a balanced schedule to support you where you’re at!
PERFECT LOCATION
The studio is located in the grounds of Gehl Garden Centre, right by the river! It is a stunning space with plenty of parking and an onsite cafe during business hours! You might like to take a walk after class or a spot of plant shopping to create your own lush practise space!
